1. INTRODUCTION

Aegis Vault Ltd. is the primary service provider responsible for:

2.2 Relationship with Aegis DAO

The platform operates within the Aegis ecosystem, which includes:

  • Aegis DAO Foundation, a Cayman Islands foundation company that executes DAO decisions
  • The decentralized Aegis protocol governed by AEG token holders

2.3 Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All services are provided by Aegis Vault Ltd.
  • Aegis DAO Foundation has no direct relationship with users
  • Platform governance decisions are made through the DAO voting process

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Company does not provide services to persons who are:

a) United States Restricted Persons:

  • Residents of the United States of America
  • Citizens of the United States of America
  • Persons located in the United States of America
  • Entities incorporated or organized under US laws
  • Persons subject to US jurisdiction

b) Sanctions Restricted Persons:

  • Residents, nationals, or located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, including:
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • The Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions
  • Russia and Belarus (subject to applicable sanctions programs)
  • Listed on restricted party lists, including:
  • US Treasury OFAC’s SDN List
  • UN Security Council Consolidated List
  • EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List
  • UK HM Treasury Consolidated List
  • Any other applicable sanctions lists

2.5 Service Availability and Technical Requirements

  • Services may not be available in all jurisdictions
  • Users are responsible for maintaining compatible technology
  • Company may modify technical requirements at any time
  • No guarantee of continuous or uninterrupted access
  • Technical maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

3.1 Account Registration

To access the services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Complete required KYC/AML verification procedures
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Update your information promptly if it changes

  • Token distribution follows approved DAO parameters
  • Users must comply with all token-related regulations
  • Tokens do not represent securities or investments
  • No guaranteed value or returns

4.2 Governance Rights

  • AEG tokens grant governance rights within the Aegis ecosystem
  • Governance actions are executed through the DAO structure
  • Token holders participate in governance according to the Aegis DAO Constitution
  • Voting rights are proportional to token holdings
  • No guarantee of proposal implementation

4.3 Risk Acknowledgment

Users acknowledge and accept:

  • Cryptocurrency trading risks
  • Market volatility
  • Technical failure risks
  • Regulatory change risks
  • Smart contract risks
  • Loss of access risks
  • Governance outcome risks
  • Network congestion risks
  • Fork and upgrade risks

5. COMPLIANCE AND REGULATION

5.1 Regulatory Framework

The Company operates under:

  • BVI Financial Services Commission regulations
  • Applicable international financial regulations
  • Industry standard compliance requirements
  • Anti-money laundering regulations
  • Counter-terrorist financing requirements

Users must:

7. TERMINATION
