The Foundation hereby confirms that it operates as an Exempted Foundation Company in the Cayman Islands (CR 415309) and does not engage in any CIMA-regulated activities, including:
- Banking services
- Trust services
- Investment fund management
- Insurance business
- Money services business
2. Operational Scope
The Foundation’s activities are limited to:
- Serving as a legal interface for the Aegis DAO
- Executing decisions made through DAO governance processes
- Supporting ecosystem development through grants and initiatives
- Facilitating integration with external service providers
3. Compliance Framework
While not subject to CIMA regulation, the Foundation maintains comprehensive compliance policies and procedures as outlined in its governance documents and Articles of Association.
